After Harvard Business School, I joined Amazon, where I managed a $200M+ P&L and helped redesign a $2B operating model, staying deeply connected to front-line execution throughout.

After more than ten years leading complex operations at Amazon and global logistics firms, I have intentionally spent the last few years securing my long-term future in the U.S. With my green card now secured, I have established deep roots in Los Angeles alongside my wife and a strong community of friends.
This permanent stability allows for a 100% full-time commitment to acquiring and operating a single U.S. business. I chose the search model because it bridges my desire for CEO-level accountability with a world-class network of mentors. I’m not looking for a financial ‘exit’. I’m looking for a legacy to lead.
I grew up in a tiny village in the French Basque Country. My parents held modest jobs, and the local culture valued showing up for others and working with your hands. Starting summer jobs in factories at age 14 built a level of grit and humility that still defines my leadership style.
As a first-generation graduate, I remain committed to expanding opportunities for others, mentoring students from working-class families on their academic and career paths.
I’m a natural ‘fixer’ who brings a lifelong engineering itch to everything I touch. Whether troubleshooting a mechanical issue in my workshop or diving into hands-on projects at home in Los Angeles, I find genuine satisfaction in the ‘how’ and ‘why’ of things.
Having lived on three continents and explored over 40 countries, I view the world through an adventurous lens. This global perspective has taught me how to navigate unfamiliar environments and build connections across cultures with ease.
